Refund policy

Returns Policy:

You can return items within 14 days, just contact us at hello@priyawear.com with the reason for the return or exchange.

• Please include your order reference number in the return shipment
• Please make sure that the item is returned via registered post and share the tracking number with us. Do not return items with a signed- for delivery
• Once we receive the goods you will be refunded via Paypal
• Please mark the package as ‘Return Goods” with a domestic sale value of CHF 0.00.
