We ship from Switzerland via Swiss Post or FedEx within 3–5 working days.

🇨🇭 Shipping within Switzerland is always free.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that items shipped abroad may incur local import taxes. Payment of local taxes is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@priyawear.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

For international returns, mark the package as "Return Goods" with a sales value of CHF 0.00.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour if available. Just email us and we'll check stock for you.

Sale items: All discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
