Shipping & Returns

We ship to Europe (including UK), US, Canada, Japan & Australia. 

Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes:

    • Switzerland: FREE
    • Rest of Europe (including UK): CHF 10.-
    • US, Canada, Australia & Japan: CHF 20.-
    • We ship from Switzerland and items shipped abroad will incur local import taxes. Payment of local taxes is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

You can return items within 7 days, just contact us at hello@priyawear.com with the reason for the return or exchange.

    • Include your order number in the return so we can refund you as quickly as possible
    • Share the tracking number with us. No need to return items with a signed for delivery.
    • For international returns mark the package as ‘Return Goods” with a sales value of CHF 0.00
    • Note: shipping costs of returns are not refunded

We don't offer returns on last pieces that are discounted items but exchanges are possible for items in stock.
